Howard D. Kravetz brings over 20 years of executive level commercial sales and leasing experience to Park Avenue Commercial Realtors. An accomplished leader/producer, he brings a diversified background in the Commercial Real Estate Industry with experience in all types of commercial asset classes including retail, office, industrial and investment. Howard has proven ability to build strong teams, lead organizations and generate a vast network of industry and corporate contacts locally, regionally and nationally. He has represented numerous tenants and buyers, landlords and sellers.
In 1990 he was recruited to join the family firm of Kravetz Realty, Inc. as Director of Commercial Leasing. He was promoted to Managing Broker in 1993 and to President in 1994. During his tenure he was responsible for the firm’s shopping center, apartment and office portfolios, property management division and all brokerage operations, which grew by more than 60%.
A well-known and active member of the Rochester Commercial Real Estate and business communities, Howard has directed the marketing of retail property for CB Richard Ellis, The DiMarco Group and LLD Enterprises. Among the well known companies he has represented and/or executed transactions with: Benderson Development, Developer’s Diversified Realty, Kessler Restaurant Group, Breslin Realty, Dick’s Sporting Goods Home Depot, Kohl’s, Cingular Wireless, Charter One Bank, American General Finance, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Charles Schwab, HSBC Bank, M&T Bank, Wegmans, Tops Friendly Markets, Atlanta Bread, Bruegger’s Bagel Bakeries, Manhattan Bagel, Wendy’s, Dibella’s Subs, Woodcraft Supply, Fashion Bug, Radio Shack, Miracle-Ear, GameStop, Hallmark, Cardsmart and Syms.
